“ Visited twice for happy hour and lunch. The French leaning Mediterranean menu is fantastic. I literally want to try everything. The flatbread are like foccacia minipizzas, the lamb meatballs have a SpanishMoroccan flavor, and the smoked salmon tartine was fresh and bright. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was our fave! I usually like a full service lunch, but they offer a lot of bar seating if youd prefer to order from the bartender instead of the counter.. Looking forward to brunch and dinner. ”

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, perfectly capturing the coastal vibe of Malibu. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We started with the Burrata Prosciutto Plate and the deviled eggs which is always a must when I see them on any menu and I had no idea what I was about to experience. For the main course, I ordered the Provencal short ribs, and it was nothing short of amazing! The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. My daughter had the Spanish chickpea curry, and she loved it just as much. Great selection of vegan options for her to choose from which is rare still in most restaurants. Unfortunately we were too full lo try any desserts but we will be back soon enough to do so! ”

We sat at the bar and were lucky to be served by Garrett, who provided outstanding serviceknowledgeable, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. He guided us through the menu with great recommendations and made our visit truly memorable. The food was incredible! I started with the broccoli, spinach green curry soup VG, GF, which was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. For my main course, I had the steakfrites with chimichurri and peppercorn sauce on the sidecooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the sauces. My wife enjoyed the fried chicken sandwich with pickles, coleslaw, and sriracha mayo on a brioche buncrispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Beyond the food, the atmosphere at Zinque is fantasticchic, relaxed, and perfect for an intimate yet lively dining experience. Whether youre stopping in for a drink, a full meal, or just enjoying the ocean breeze in Malibu, this spot delivers on all fronts. Well definitely be back the next time were in Malibu. “ We had the chia pudding and a leek quiche, delicious! Great food and atmosphere. They also have an attached shop with many unique items as well as a deli and pastry counter. Plan on grabbing some to go items before going to the lagoon next time. ”

There were several vegetarian dishes on the menu which was a pleasant surprise. The Green lasagna entree was delicious along with the fried artichoke appetizer with cesar dressing and fresh lemon. The chocolate cake with gelato dessert was excellent. I will return here again and again. Found my Malibu vibe!! ”
